Great result, now we need some proper industrial action, preferably all out but a minimum of 3 days action per week, until this is resolved.

Now to stop annualised hours and depreciated sick pay, and maybe a small backdated pay rise, slightly later start and revisions happening within 2 weeks in our DO, so don't see any change after they have been input to our office , what a massive YES vote.

Let's hope the CWU uses this result wisely.

What a massive kick in the teeth to the Royal Mail board this result is. How many more times must we tell them, we don't like you, we don't trust you, we won't roll over for you?

It's a strange thing not voting, I mean I know it's hard to decide sometimes but to not vote at all means you have no influence on the future.

I voted yes but I don't intend to strike again.
I'm in a difficult financial situation and the last thing I want to do is waste money and hope that it can work out.
the company will surely not bend if it did not bend to the Christmas holidays.
If you don't have a family, you can go on strike as long as you want.

Perhaps quite a few did not receive their vote in time. I posted some 2 days ago.
