Forcing staff to move to another office

I get shipped around a 35 mile diameter anyway covering 7 offices. It's horrible not knowing where you'll be until 7am on the day or being sent from one office to another.

My small main office is losing a round, so there will be people spare.

Doesn’t sound too bad to me, large part of your day taken up driving , deliver 2 or 3 bags then it’s time to drive home.

You should sign in at your office, then RM should make provision for your travel to another office assuming you are still based at that office and have not been permanently transferred to another, dont drive to another office in work time in your own car

All part of their plan to make people quit. 5 or 6 people have left my office so far. No doubt more will leave in the next year.

Gatwick what a bloody carve up, get rid of the agency staff now, then look again. Wish they'd give us the 2 years pay off, and we can all f**k off. Feels like 30 wasted years, to be treated like s**t. Can understand moving people IF it's nearer their home address, otherwise it's deliberately pissing people off, hoping they leave. We haven't had any movements yet, apart from turning down transfer requests.

The problem with forcing people to move to another office is that, that office will also be cutting staff. So how on earth are they going to find space for refugees from another office?

That’s not how it works, report to your office at your start time. Scan in, ask manager what your doing, if your going to another office ask for a van to travel in, drive to other office, do some work. Allow time to travel back to home off. Scan out on time and go home.
