Totally one sided conversation, absolutely zero interest in your actual Health and wellbeing. Just get you back to work ASAP.
Once we've filled out our pro Royal Mail opinionated report....Then sent it back to your manager.

If you have an appointment with these....DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY ARE FU**ING USELESS.

I had a perfectly fine experience with them recently, I've been signed off by my gp for a while and the report I got from OH agreed I wasn't fit for work. If they hadn't agreed I ,wasn't going back while I had a note from my gp :Very Happy

Never had a problem with them. It has always been the managers not listening to their recommendations that has been the issue.

Spoke to them today and the person was very helpful and understanding. Got to wait for a call now from my manager.

When I was going through IHR process, they couldn't have been more helpful. The doc who phoned me was excellent.
