Cheers, yea on full pay but it's just the length of time it's taking to come to a decision, really don't understand and very frustrating.

RM like to take their time when dealing with suspensions.
Don't ask me why but just because it's taking a long time does not necessarily mean the outcome will be that bad, or indeed not bad at all.
I don't know your case and I'm not an expert in these things but I've been through a lengthy suspension before and I'm still with the company.
So keep your pecker up and try to do something to take your mind of it.

Think alot of them are alleged treatment of people who broke recent strikes.

Although I don’t know your circumstances, I’d enjoy the time-off on Full-pay if I were you.

If whatever you’ve been suspended for has no grounds for dismissal etc (only you & your rep will know that), then you should be absolutely fine.

Being paid is no compensation for the stress and worry that comes with suspension. Especially when you know that managers are not telling the truth, witness accounts that can prove you’re telling the truth aren’t obtained and questions asked that will expose manager’s failures are left unanswered. The mental and physical effects that unjustifiably being suspended can have are horrible. I just hope it never happens to you. From suspension to dismissal I was suspended for one day short of six months. Three months later I returned to work after winning my appeal.

Would have thought if these picket liners had done something really serious they would have been sacked by now.
