Catastrophic revision

Today our revision went live with catastrophic results. Mail bought back no absorption done at all ( even though the management insisted we tie it up and take it out with us ) managers throwing up walks and total confusion as to what the hell anyone was meant to be doing. Some got half a walk others just a loop. This is disorganised chaos at its best. This time last week most absorption was done and no walks and tracks failed, today the total opposite

I can't see Scan to Core has made any difference to how our DO's PDA's run, post in my DO also seems to have picked up this week.

It does bother a lot thought, it's a big chunk of our day and when most of us know it should be much easier to do the job than some twonk of a planner, it gets right on our t@ts!

Just do as the manager says but don't come in a minute early and finish on time and don't take a van out if there is anything wrong with it log it off and let the manager sort u another

I can't see Scan to Core has made any difference to how our DO's PDA's run, post in my DO also seems to have picked up this week.

They seemed better today to be fair. Maybe it was the launch day and a few teething problem. And yes, Mail and parcels through the roof this week.
We all took the “lapsing” Monday, the new stuff they’ve added. By Tuesday we’ve all dropped it because nobody has time.

I'd remove that if I were you, you've just identified where you work to at least everyone plus management at your office.

Some of our weaker crews have been told they cannot bring any mail back, you take it all out & finish it & don't even consider claiming overtime, bet they are still out there?

We all have a start time and a finish time. Overtime is not compulsory and is voluntary, nobody should be forced to go over there contracted hours. If they do then it sounds like there being pressured into taking it all.
