My opinion is this:
The CWU passes the buck to bargain basement where there is blame, there is a claim outfit called union line.
But agree to give Union Line a bell first and see what they have to say.
It is almost impossible now to get legal aid for civil claims, so no matter what, you will face a hefty bill.
You might be better off contacting your home/car insurer to see if legal assist will meet the representation cost if not successful with Union line.
