Does having an unauthorised absence where I didn't get paid for 1 day ( due to family circumstances) Does it go on your sick record

Shouldnt have been reported as unauthorised should have been special leave

Sorry should of added I had 1 day special leave (paid) but the next day was unpaid, had 2 days off altogether

Why wasn’t the 2nd also special leave? I’m not sure it’s limited to 1 day I once took 5 days

Pretty sure you also can’t be conducted for unpaid leave, it came up recently regarding them not paying sick leave
