60 this year.

Big 60 this year so I’m hoping to receive any lump sum I’m owed since being here since 1987 & use it as away out of here. I feel relaxed about it knowing I have a way out & May have done my last Xmas in this s**t hole.

Done 36 years and have 7 more to go before 60. It cannot come quick enough but in the meantime I’m searching jobs every free minute of the day. :d'oh!

That would depend exactly when in 1987 they joined RM/the pension scheme.

I joined in the same year and was put in the pension from day one, and I'm in section C.

Anyone joining from 1st April 1987 will be in section C, until it closed to new entrants in 2008.

Section C members can get a lump sum too, by giving up some pension, the DBCBS or AVC's!
