Had paperwork November from capita which I sent back then 3 days before hitting 60 they send a letter saying not filled in one page so I sign and email back, on looking at the letter tonight I noticed they had my retirement date as March .
My question is can they change retirement date and pay all monies due from beginning of January thanks for any advice

It should be backdated to the date of your birthday. I am still waiting for my 65 bit from them that should have been paid by the end of January! They never respond to my emails. And phoning didn't get any answers part from "We are working on it!"
