They're trying to get the really, really shitty redundant gaffers (the ones who haven't been able to find another job in the last 10 months since leaving RM) to come in just to force through revisions.

Those guys couldn't manage a stall at a jumble sale.
If they were any good at all in their jobs, they wouldn't be back at RM at the first time of asking.
They will be obvious proof, that RM is the only company in existence, that would employ those guys in any sort of managerial role.
Can't blame them for running back, I suppose.
Must be hard to accept that they're only good for cleaning toilets, or whatever it is they can only get in the real world.
