Does anyone know where I can find the cutting off procedures document
My office cutting another 10 delivery next week and we getting extra work again I only just finish on time Monday and Tuesday and usually rest of week take Mail back so next week got no chance. Now getting comments from Com about not bringing stuff back !! Want to make sure i follow policy to the letter to protect myself as they are just hoping some of us get that fed up we just leave

You should always try to let the com know before you go out and as soon as possible. Some like to check our frames before making a judgement. If on the delivery you realised you have taken to much again let them know soon as possible. Remember whatever you say or decide to do on any given day they'll probably say you're wrong so put the ball in their court. Most have never done a delivery so it's usually bullshit or kidology. If they are wrong with their judgement they will probably blame you don't be intimidated

We’ve got 8 leaving on VR, they are not replacing and are wanting people to mop up the walks on overtime. A sheet has gone up and the list is getting longer.

Since we had more loops added to our walk & to save having to have a conversation with our line manager, we just take it all out, my partner texts him everyday around 12/12:30 to inform him will not complete, we just throw it back in next day, the walks not been completed from two weeks last Monday

Ok, it's been that way for at least the last two decades, but this current crop has to be scraping the bottom of the barrell, surely?

Nobody in their right mind would run their business this way, I know I bloody wouldn't, that's for sure.

Seems most dom's would prefer it all going out -to say office cleared on that day, and say nothing when it comes back. This will just escalate now, every office seems to have different policies depending on the manager.
