We're under resourced by at least 40% on what we were10 years ago.
Impossible to do the workload now.

Management can fiddle the figures, blame whomever they like, but at the end of the day. You have screwed up

Royal mail say we have lost £295 million up to the end of Dec.
The strikes have cost £200 million.
So without the strikes we would only have lost £95 million which by my reckoning leaves £95 million lost over the last 270 days.
This comes to about £350,000 quid a day. Quite a bit less than 1 million.

Riddle me this: we are currently not on strike but have been informed that for Sunday parcels they will be using agency staff rather than us.

To be clear, they had RM volunteers ready and waiting but have chosen agency staff.

They are still pouring money down the drain.
