Trust survey not even been mentioned by COM at my DO, maybe its rolled out at a later for different offices or maybe we have enough problems without it.

I found out about this bonus thing when I was briefly on Workplace. I refused to do their stoopid survey this time around and won’t be doing it again.

The survey is about trust so I asked the manager if it is anonymous and they replied 'yes', I said 'Well I don't trust you so I'm not filling it in', this was 4years ago and haven't done one since.

never done one yet as i have no interest , and remember the last trust survey managers where told to get 70% and they would get a bonus and they hit 68% and he still paid them , no thanks i will decline your offer to do one .

It’s worth going on WorkFace for one reason only: to see how gobsmackingly awful some of the managers behave on there and Simon’s posts

But people, plebs like us, have been suspended for writing honest stuff on there so it’s a case of have a look, then leave and never go back
