So just to be clear if a round is streamed does that mean that entire round is classed as a fail?

Just trying to work out why managers want us to do this rather than leave a row??

Yes. If the mail has crossed the threshold of the office it must be delivered (or attempted) or it is a fail.

So failure is an option ie managers ie ex postmen/women and the CEO a failed test and trace senior manager and failed to tell the truth before parliament select committee!

I always understood that delaying dsa mail could lead to all sorts of legal issues, when it arrives in a do its all 1st class. The dsa businesses "not their customers" are buying access to the pipeline. of course this may have changed, M.C. used/may still, get regular checks, to ensure no delay of dsa in the M.C.
