Voluntary redundancies

Post by roman »

Anyone recently been given V R. Not a whisper heard in ours wondered if they've stopped them temporarily while the revisions are being carried out.

They were never going to happen IMO.

A clever scam by RM.

6 were supposed to go in my office but that was reduced to 3 when 10 people decided to leave just after Xmas. It’s quite a big DO to

Heard nothing about any VRs in my office.
I wish to God they'd offer me it, I'd be gone in a flash.

Most delivery offices are understaffed ,it seems to be the MCs that jobs are going?
If the USO gets reduced to 5 days then that's when Mass Redundancies will happen.

What has it come to when you apply for Redundancy via an app then hear nothing!

Makes you wonder if the app works?

Think it'll be DOs where the jobs go from, there's a lot of use of casuals/agency everyday now in MCs, probably won't be too long before casuals/agency outnumber RM staff every day

the 10 have been given the 24th March as their final day, so theres over 550 hours gone from the office in March. its going to massively fail, and the outcome is a catastrophe in the making. but, management know best.

just under 25 grand for the most senior, and the most junior got 19 and a half. i wouldn't really say lucky to that. its certainly not enough. and i have only 2 yrs left, theres no way i was taking it. its a f***ing insult, and a paltry amount.

I'd disagree, if they were gonna go anyway!

aye, if you were planning to go anyway. thats fair enough. imo the company shouldn't have been allowed to get rid of them on the cheap.
