a) Cyberattack ?
b) Software bug bought to you by the same people responsible for Horizon ?
c) Putin because his Xmas cards were late ?
d) A disgruntled employee ?

If Royal Mail's crack team of IT experts are on the case, the system should be fixed sometime in 2025.

Then it'll stop working and re-boot itself when it rains.
