I think this topic has been covered but I’ll ask for clarity again. A guy or girl goes into work feeling unwell should go home but is convinced to stay due to the no sick pay policy. takes the next day off (rest day) but then isn’t fit to return on the third fourth and fifth days. What’s the procedure to follow to maintain a wage is payed and not docked?

Go sick, if pay is stopped contact rep or union branch, there is a procedure that includes ACAS, theres a thread on here somewhere

Not for me but how do you know pay is stopped until you don’t receive it? Having a union rep? now theres a concept

Go sick and get a note from the Doctors.
