Shortage of senior managers/planners

If you a see a manager around that you thought had left on VR terms it seems they are being paid huge amounts I've heard one got 40k incentive to come back on a short term contract to push through revisions. Yet no money for a decent pay rise it's disgusting

I've never understood why the higher ups at Royal Mail seem to credit their managers with such inflated high esteem, take the average DO com we've all used the expression couldn't run a bath/bun fight at Gregg's etc and it's absolutely true.
