IHR

Hi all,
Does anyone have any copies of the documentation on IHR/if it's one of the agreements been ripped up? I've been on long term sick for a few months with severe MH issues and unable to work, my DOM initially brought up IHR but has now said it seems unlikely despite I've never had an OH meeting and he's not started the actual process - and the most recent agreement/documentation I have about it is 2009/2011 so I don't know if things have changed.

If anyone has the current documentation or any information/experience of this please let me know.

If you ask your dom to recommend ihr via oh referal they have to do it.
If your in union get them the ask your dom that you request ihr referal and oh.
I'm currently in the process myself and waiting for oh dr app.

The N/E regional collection/distribution manager informed b4 Xmas that IHR wasn't a option ,as IHR has been suspended. I have been long term sick for nearly a year.

Definitely...they have been told to try get more to leave than ihr...

Not going to divulge where I am , you may need to get your union rep involved or maybe seek advice .
