Bank Holiday Credits update

Hi, I work in HWDC and working Tue-Wed duty, until now I had not get any Bank Holiday credits that I should get 2 out of 3 to be credited in within few days but now today 9th and checking the apps it not yet updated. Anyone of you who have Monday day off got your credits yet? Last August they put in few days later but now is been over 2 weeks for Xmas and 1 week since New Year BH.

I usually go into manager if the credits haven’t updated within a few days and he does it there and then.

I'm not sure how it works but the DOM actually asked me for the first time ever if I wanted paid for it or added to AL.
