Hey Simon, we know you read this! We still have 14 York’s of mail in our office from before Christmas! Do the decent thing and leave! You aren’t fit to run this company, I’ve had customers (the people we deliver to) in tears because they have sent items and not been delivered yet! Good people, posties and managers are leaving!

Personally I think all offices should return all outstanding mail to the mail centre and they should drop the 1000s of York’s at your house! Maybe then you will realise that we are a letter delivery service and not just a parcel company!

If these parcel sorting machines are so super, why can't they segregate tracks from non tracked and also filter out SDs? Every bright idea the top management comes up with just makes the final mile even more impossible!

I'd guess they probably can with the appropriate parameters being applied to send items to the applicable selection, but I'd also guess they aren't being used to their full potential, usual half arsed approach in this company.

Apparently he now has at least one bodyguard with him when visiting MCs and DOs, absolutely pathetic. You know something is badly wrong when you have to have someone protect you in front of the rest of your ‘team’
