How is ghosting still a thing with SISO? It stopped at my DO as soon as it came in.

Ghosting is still a thing with bosses best buddies. Or BBB’s as I like to call them. You know the ones. The ones who support the strike but never go to the picket line yet go in early every day and work all Sundays they can.

They somehow manage to get their BFF manager to pay them 4 hours for what they will only pay me 2 hours for. It’s a mystery.

Higher up than the COMs will be looking at the data, and deciding how many hours they're going to take out of an office, it might backfire on the COMs if it results in an excessive amount of hours being removed from their office

I work in a small rural delivery office. 2 full timers are leaving on vr at the end of March. That means that the rest of us will be expected to absorb the extra indoor and outdoor work. So therefore we will work all our contracted hours everyday. So how is it possible to owe Royal Mail any hours? It would be completely illegal to try to make you bank hours, if it came to a tribunal you would win everytime.

Royal Mail are expecting people to be finishing early in the summer months when it's quiet and make up the time in busier periods. But it won't happen when they're hell bent on taking full timers out of offices.

Also, it seems to be based on that dreamy pre-Covid time, when summer went quiet and Saturdays were a laugh. Summer is now barely any different to any other time of year and Saturdays are now just as heavy as any other latter part of the week day.
