How many are in your office. I wondered if there doing the v r’s in the smaller offices first ?

My manager says no redundancies and that we need 50 staff, but we will probably only be green lighted to employ 25....

Our office is apparently going to advertise these 25 jobs so these 25 won't be agency workers, whether it will be on lower terms/pay - I don't know.

Well the NEW contract is from 30/10/2022 £11 an hour with sunday working at that rate cannot see many takers could get a job working in a warehouse Mon to Fri for more.

On the Royal Mail jobs website there's only 7 jobs all ending in March/April.

Well we do have pizza delivery guys who turn up with phones who deliver our parcels why would they need contracted staff soon they will not get any staff so it is a bad idea. With a contract you MUST do the job as they say and when but agency or self employed can do or not do as they wish to do so this whole dispute is about downgrading our terms while paying double the money to smash the strikes.

I see on INDEED website a few jobs in Scotland.... good luck working a 40 hour week including Sundays up until 7.30pm.
Your legs, shoulders, back... are going to be destroyed.
