Injured outside of work
Do you qualify for sick pay? If injury occurred outside of work? Was playing 5 a side with colleagues and they for some reason let it be known to management.

Yes.
Though if you had withheld how and why the injury occurred it is possible that RM could refuse to pay sick pay, and perhaps could lead to dismissal in the worst case. Though that is very very rare.
