RM wanted the ability to run the offices without the CWU and its agreement, well they have that in my office and it’s worse I’ve ever seen it in my 23 years service.

Is that because you have no Rep, or just because the CWU have withdrawn from Cooperation & Negotiation in the workplace? Our Christmas Plan was definately a new level of Incompetent Clusterfuck this year, and a lot of that was because of no Unit Rep input.

Our new revision without union input has got more holes in it than Swiss cheese .We can't wait for it to start because its going to be one clusterfuck.

It's not even that hard to do a revision that would actually help a office improve efficiency....it's so blooming easy, yet Royal Mail make it so complicated, it's laughable, it's embarrassingly bad management....

They actually employ 'revision gurus' who come to your office with a laptop and mapping software when WE the posties do the jobs on a daily basis and know ourselves what can be improved....

If a jobs 10 minutes too big and one near buy is 10 minutes too short - you simply move 10 minutes of work. Yeah it won't be that simple in certain situations, but it wouldn't take much to even things out.

Why are they wasting money on revision experts who have never done your walk, don't know the area and just go on what some useless, time wasting software tells them.

It's the most illogical system.
