Transfer from mail centre

Post by scarymary »

Are all office transfers on hold now because of the dispute ? I'm wanting to transfer from a mail centre to a delivery office due to personal reasons.

Transfers still allowed, not sure.
But, if you do get your transfer from the MC to a DO, I have one piece of advice.............Brace yourself!

Transfers should take place within 28 days of the post being confirmed.BUT this is can be blocked by managers citing operational needs.Don’t know if the current climate of VR’s mean all transfers are off the table at the present until staffing numbers are settled. Can only echo what the last post said you are in for a rude awakening.
