Woke up at 4 as I always do because of work. Got the sleep pattern of an excited toddler.postieblueshirt wrote: ↑24 Dec 2022, 05:15Just wondering if like me that's been in the job to long is your body clock just wrecked and no matter when you go to bed your awake again always between 5 and 6 am.P.S I'm not going to work incase your wondering![]()

Re: YAWN!!! morning
Morning everyone, yes I woke up 3 times last night to use the loo, I'm getting to that funny age now.
I hardly ever lay in now even on a Sunday. I've recently been getting up at 2:50am or 3:50am to go to work.

While it would be wrong to make a medical diagnosis over the internet, the need to pee 3 times in the night might suggest a prostate problem.BenacreNick wrote: ↑24 Dec 2022, 08:03Morning everyone, yes I woke up 3 times last night to use the loo, I'm getting to that funny age now.
It may simply be an enlarged prostate (BPH) but it should be checked out.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I also have BPH but three times a night is hopefully hyperbole!

Or a sign of diabetes, best to get it checked out.clashcityrocker wrote: ↑24 Dec 2022, 14:23While it would be wrong to make a medical diagnosis over the internet, the need to pee 3 times in the night might suggest a prostate problem.BenacreNick wrote: ↑24 Dec 2022, 08:03Morning everyone, yes I woke up 3 times last night to use the loo, I'm getting to that funny age now.

Re: YAWN!!! morning
Well I often go to bed late and get up early even on work nights … burning the candle at both ends… so when I’m not at work I have a lie in. We do Wallingtons at our gaffe too… so by the end of that 5th Week can get pretty tiring especially in Winter time.
