Bank holiday day off

Hi,my rota day off is Monday,boxing day, and as we are getting Tuesday off as an extra day would the old rules apply, ie the manager giving me an extra day off next week or if not possible then me deciding whether to take the day as pay or add a day to my leave,

Yes days leave or take the pay.

However, my manager is saying the cash option has been removed.

He will, say something entirely different next week though.

Seems like everytime there is a bh some manager says cash option has been taken off table.

If managers insist on lying about the cash option insist you want the day off in the same week and insist that Saturday is your choice.

In my office we are given the choice of pay or an extra day - no one gets the extra day off added to the immediate next week. It’s just added to the amount of days you have accrued and can then book off.

Yes will show whenever your manager or bookroom update system.
