Re: STRIKE BREAKERS GETTING XMAS TIPS
Why should we get Xmas Tips when overall we provide a s**t service some people do give tips it is nice and I thank them.
It is not our fault as I explain to others who question our actions why these strikes are happening and try my best not to anger them with the whole situation.
But we are just the people at the very bottom of this and while I see Dave Ward on TV and all the channels Where are the likes of the CEO and his white board and the shadows of doom?
This year is not a good year for tips and were in an energy crisis brought on by the conservative government who gain lots of money £80 billion and then some and the lack of regulation has caused the cost of living crisis.
And may I add the lack of regulation of this business during the COVID-19 pandemic has contributed to the actions of the leaders of this company and its mission statement we are parcel company not a letters business well lets see what the regulator does then!

Well I agree all because one silly man who is in charge of royal mail who gets £754,000 and £142,000 bonus for hitting targets and £2 million in shares and he has other jobs he is just a part timer here in royal mail.

Re: STRIKE BREAKERS GETTING XMAS TIPS
Why on earth would anyone brag about tips to management or anyone else? Tips are income that should be declared to HMRC so if you aren’t going to declare it, shut up about it.POSTPERSON50 wrote: ↑23 Dec 2022, 15:32One of the staff working today at my place received a £50 Xmas tip from a business customer, beaming when he told the managers this afternoon apparently. I know for certain the strike breakers have received more xmas tips than ever this year, half of the customers will probably think those people are losing pay throughout the strikes so are tipping in support!
Makes me ill thinking about it

It's only like the managers charging their own cars all day a nod is as good as a wink!Barnacle wrote: ↑23 Dec 2022, 20:35Why on earth would anyone brag about tips to management or anyone else?
