Think they're implying if royal mail is split from GLS, then royal mail will go bust. Which is true.

And we're trusting them to not sack us after striking tomorrow.
They cannot pick, and choose, who they sack. They have to sack the WHOLE Workforce.

Do you think they're going to do that? There's a letter from the CWU doing the rounds explaining this in detail, with staements from RM and Legal bodies that this scenario is NOT going to happen. :hmmmm

Didn't realise his fingers were in the royal mail pie for that long. A non executive and now a non entity.

The trust has gone. The goodwill has gone. The trust will never come back. It is broken when you have lost the trust of 115000 of your staff. They will never put the effort in like they once did. We were premier league . We are now in a League two relagation battle. Different walks everyday, no finish times, no sick pay, unachievable work loads, delivering in the dark. It’s all coming soon. Happy days :nana

Rather than sack the entire workforce, they may issue us all with new contracts, along with the words "sign here or leave"?

Royal Mail is not heading towards bankruptcy. If it were, Thompson would already be gone.
