Team - it was great to visit Jubilee Mail Centre today - everything was running very well, in fact they were searching for more work to process - but I was struck by a number of conversations on the floor - what the team think we are proposing, and what we are proposing - particularly in the area of flexible working, was not the same - it is no wonder they are concerned - the local leadership team will be picking this up for me, later today - but once again very well done - everyone was very focussed on delivering for our customers - thank you...

If its as clear as they are trying to make out why are they bringing in all distribution drivers in Tuesday night?

Normally we have around 12 drivers in on a Sunday/Bank Holiday to ferry the Mail to the delivery offices.
Next week if you are Normally due in Tuesday, you are in and will get a bank holiday credit.

We all know the mail is stored waiting to be processed.

The pictures of clear D.O's are all very good but they won't fool the public who are waiting on parcels.

CEO - our office wasn't clear today - mail left in frames - packets piling up on the side - not very good for our customers - everyone worked their hours -
all were focused on their finish time - blame leadership of company - for all this mess - you should be sacked - for dragging this company to the bottom - losing business - and bullying your employees - which is why - we're going on strike......

Most of our office were gutted at what was left behind today.
Parcels, small packets, cards, medical letters.
