And how would you substantiate such an allegation with Ofcom in the real world besides harsh language?

Nothing is ever on paper and where it can be possibly substantiated, Royal Mail will simply state temporary operational needs within that delivery unit if a rebuttal was ever needed. Saying one thing and proving it are two different matters.

When under a direct order from management to prioritize tracks first it's difficult to complete both walks that have 3-4 days of mail. And because we are leaving the office later it leaves less time to actually deliver.

Royalmail are attacking us, and it would be better for all of us if we stuck together!

So if I say Ive seen you open letters at your frame multiple times, I assume you say that’s hearsay then?

Is it still hearsay if three other people state they’ve seen the same?

No, if you see people opening letters at a frame then you have a contractual obligation to report the event to a manager. It will then be for that manager to investigate any issues. You might just be a shite stirer out to cause trouble for another employee with a malicious allegation
