So, no need for plants to infiltrate the workforce. All the journos needed to do to reveal the state of things was to post some letters.

Royal Mail should not be in private hands because they simply do not care about the service it has long provided. The proof is sitting in frames.

Why is the government taking so long to decide whether Royal Mail can go down to a 5 day letter service.

They’ve already rejected that request by RM because RM couldn’t provide evidence based criteria for a reduction in service.

I remember when they were hitting us with fines of £millions when we had quality 10 times better than it is now. What's happening?

The article does an experiment with letters, then goes on to say royal mail are in competition with DHL and Amazon........who don't have to deliver letters.

You only have to look on this forum to see that a big reason for the backlog is the average postman who is now deciding to do a half job.
I tell all my customers that have a query that one of the reasons is that their postie is dragging their heels and leaving mail in the frame despite in normal times finishing hours early!

So you’re shafting your workmates in two different ways, breaking strikes and calling them lazy. What a big man you are.
