It will be Monday as your last day , if it's a weeks notice as you only get one Tues in a week

Or give your notice in on Wednesday with next Tuesday as your last day. That should give you an extra day's pay without working as it's a Bank Holiday.

Letter handed in , 1 weeks notice so 2 more days as a employee of royal mail and i'm done.

Feels weird after 32 years but this isn't the company it used to be .

Know exactly how you feel, over 35 years of loyal and reliable service here. Was suspended just before Christmas for "willful delay" and then treated like a pariah by my boss after. Hated going to work before, dreading going back tomorrow. What an utterly demoralizing, disgusting place to work.

32 years in as a 16 year old out as a 48 year old .

Willful delay? Jeezuz are they having a laugh? How the hell could they tell you that with a straight face with all that's been going on for the last 3 yrs.
