Question for Robert. I’m 60 in a couple of weeks had contact with pensions November signed all paperwork at the time now waiting for final paperwork what happens if paper work is received near to or after my nra

I would give them BOTH a call, they write to you if any errors have been made in the process, RMSPS only check-look at your paperwork at the last min, so they oftern pay later than RMPP.

RMSPS (Capita) are really slow! Got all my RMPP paperwork and quotes for my NRA65 pension due in late January. But still nothing from RMSPS! Phoned and told I should get something in the next 5 to 10 working days! Better its longer than with Christmas and New Year. The sooner they loose handling that part of the pension the better!

If the process isn't finished until after your 60th birthday, your pension should be back dated.
