55% and a grand in your hand still would come nowhere near the loss we've had through striking. To us, the strike is much more about the drastic changes to our terms of employment I think. Okay a pay rise would be nice but if it was all about the money, people wouldn't have been striking. It's going to take a 5% pay rise and a good year of it to recoup just what we have lost and be at square one again. Most important thing in my book is not having to commit to deliver it all. As long as you have a finish time to work to still, it makes no difference how big the walks get.

If theres an agreement 9% payrise backdated to April ,no changes to terms and conditions,then id say yes but i cant see it happening so Yes they will go ahead.

This deal doesn't include parcelforce , fleet etc ...we're deemed worthless

This seems weak. Remember when the strike was called off when the Queen died? We were honourable but the management were still busy sharpening their knives. Strikes must go ahead unless something rock solid is agreed in writing.
