I think amazon directly employ about a third of their staff, at fulfilment centres. Amazon do not directly recruit their staff. They use third party employment agencies.
Royal Mail must commit to prioritising the removal of all agency staff before voluntary redundancies take place and confirm they will not hire new entrants across the business to replace existing workers who decide to take voluntary redundancy.
Edit - I know 3 people directly employed by Amazon. One drives and the other two work as pickers.
