Well the questions in the title how can a business post profits of £758 million pounds in April of this year and by September claim they are losing £1 million a day yet find £1,700 million down the back of the sofa? Is this just a case of gross mismanagement or one of corruption on a grand scale the people who run this business have a lot of questions to answer!

This whole dispute could be solved by a fraction of that amount they are ideologically opposed to a deal or are just used to burning £50 notes in front of the needy in society or are totally out of control.

Well if the future of the business is entrusted to people who can find money to destroy the union why can they not invest that capital and work with the union and grow the business? But alas we have the Bullingdon boys brigade in charge and will destroy this institution all for the sake of profit when an agreement could be funded as they have the access to capital. Regardless if the business can get their hands on nearly £2b after giving over £500m+ away to shareholders then if doesn't sounds like one which either needs to make major changes or is about to go bust, as ST now claiming. Plus how much have RM spent on super parcel hubs and electrifying the fleet in the last 12 months? It also makes the suggestion they can't afford the previous redundancy terms questionable.

the thing about losing a million a day is this going on last years figures?? made 750 million profit due to pandemic delivering test kits etc now it's settled down and back to some form of normality the loses are based on what was earned last year. made on average 2 million a day now only making 1million still a healthy figure. but suppose greed kicks in
