Yeah I hope The Punisher goes ahead too however going off today's live it seems Dave and Andy are trying to find a way out of this, I realise it's thier job to get an agreement but not sure this half-hearted approach is the way too it tbh.2chorizon wrote: ↑13 Dec 2022, 19:58So the CWU did in fact offer to call off this weeks strikes but RM refused the offer,
I smelled something like that was in the offing.

This was really bad in the office when we got back. You can barely even move to your frames there's that many York's inside. They'll be spending a good 30 minutes or so to some moving s**t out the way so people can move freely round the office .

You don't want to be working passed 3pmGRS wrote: ↑12 Dec 2022, 21:02rambo1 wrote: ↑12 Dec 2022, 20:52If you don't want to be working past 3pm I suggest you get another job because you will definitely be finishing later than that. We have been for yrs in our office. If you haven't, then you've got off lightly. No question that later starts and finishes will come in.
The biggest thing that the CWU should be emphasizing with a red line is that we still have a finish time to work to. On what I'm hearing of our revision, walks that are regularly over by an hr a day are having more added to them!! Fine if we can still work to time if you don't want the overtime, but if it's commit to deliver, that's another matter entirely.l

Thats the point.
Someone says they dont want later starts, someone else says that working past 3 has been normal for years surely
Im saying that for many of us PRESENTLY our finishing time isnt after 3pm so later starts WILL effect us
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
