If they back dated the remaining 7% and didn’t change the sick pay I would be happy with that.
I don’t mind starting later and finishing later. I don’t mind even cutting down to 5 day letter service (if that is allowed to happen.) and I don’t mind how many VR they offer as long as CR was scrapped.
