When our com announced this he also told us the pay rate is £13.21 an hour,,,, so there also going to pay them more than us!

That’s actually quite realistic, especially the first part. My first day I was greeted by an old timer who’s first words were ‘Why the fck have you come here? Anyway I haven’t got all day to show you everything.’ Come to think of it I think he was the workplace coach.
