Now who was it that balloted for strike action over a pay claim tearing up the legal protections in the Agenda for Growth (No strike agreement) allowing Simon Thompson his real intention to go after terms and condition with impunity?
The public, if they were paying attention, have had plenty of warning to get their stuff early, physically get the items at a shop or use a different courier
It seems to me a lot of them only paid attention to our dispute when it started to affect them and therefore when its too late. (If you believe some of them, they think we have only STARTED going on strike )
Thats not our fault.
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Really Redlan is this your narrative, union bashing every chance you get. How about a bit of support for your fellow worker and some recognition that Simple Slyman and Royal Fail have some responsibility in all of this.
Yes But if you asked the Membership in August if they would be prepared to still be on strike in December and beyond you wouldn’t be getting anywhere near a 97% YES
Vote.
We got ourselves in this mess.
Once the legal guarantees went it’s been open season for RM.

Some of them think we only started striking this month and are out indefinitely then get surprised when they see you out on non strike days. Very ignorant some folk but they’ll only have themselves (or Evri) to blame if their parcel is late.

Not our problem, let the managers with the 15% payrise and the £1500 sweetner they had sort it out

It is our problem though it’s all about who the Public blames.
