I am a WPC in a mail centre, I am getting an influx of new Angard staff every day. I am only doing the inductions no job training. The working with the christmas temps. I have never crossed the picket line and have stood on the line. Trying to quietly discourage Angard workers from crossing the line.
With all that been said some members of staff who I was good friends with till industrial action are now calling me a scab for doing my coaching role. Do I claim stress and go sick, is the damage done or have I done no wrong by doing the role I applied for.

You’re only doing your job as everyone is when returning to duty.

Re: Am I in the wrong
Of course you haven't done anything wrong.
Coaching is part of your remit / job and is therefor the same as someone running a machine or sorting in a bullring.
If these so called friends think that, then I think it's time to find new workmates / friends.
Don't let these guys add to the pressure your already under with the IA and take care.

Tell your “ so called friends “ to stand on the picket line when we are on strike, they’ll see what a scab is at the end of a shift as they have probably been in the same work area for the last a few years.
You don’t even come close to one of those money grabbing, sad B****D, low life C**TS
They should be thanking you trying to stop the casuals coming in. Show em this post, cheers
