would have thought so, I know of someone in our MC who was off sick 6 months with anxiety & depression, eventually got IHR’d with it, but RM do care.. honest

Apparently they are stopping all sick pay if you go off sick before or after industrial action.

Yes I would of thought so they can't just do what they want. They might with everything else but must be some protection for employees about this. Disgraceful if you ask me..

The damage RM caused my mental health was part of the reasons why I left. And it wasn't just the company, some so called colleagues deserve to rot in hell over their attitude towards people with mental health issues.

I can see those idiots doing that now, but having to pay out later on, because I'm pretty sure that they would have done this years ago, were it legit.

RM has suspended IHR @ present & it will be replaced by a v/watered down version in 2023, ie RM will deduct any sick pay paid ,etc,etc
