I don't know much about the subject so would be very interested in others input.

What will happen in the future if we have industrial disputes with our employer Royal mail?

You're more wrong than you know.
The strikes have drawn more loyal Union Walas like me to this site.
There are many more I'm sure quietly reading posts in the background.
The increase in traffic must be massive.
But then it's hard to proof loyalty in an anonymous place like this.

it will probably be some tweaking of the balloting process to make it more difficult to get a Yes vote.

However the tory party are doomed .. and Rishis head will be straight on the block with his next mistake. Many MP's have already said they wont be running for the next election and even the right wing tabloids are starting to hedge their bets - recently displaying sympathy with the trade unions

If the government starts messing around with union laws at this fragile time it could start the collapse of the country and the government could topple, surely these doughnuts aren't that stupid,we will never surrender to tyranny and become another china or russia,this tory lot are balancing on the edge of the cliff,bring it on i say ,national strike everyone walk out ,what they gonna do put us all in prison.

The next election would appear to be Starmer's to lose now. Whether he does or not depends on how he plays it in the next two years, and other factors like how the General Public see his relationship with the unions and their inevitable frustration with (what would appear to be) endless strikes being called. Another two years of that and they'll be calling out for the Tories to be re-elected.
Starmer has about a tenth of the persona that Corbyn had, and he (Corbyn) was on-track to win too, yet look how that turned out. He couldn't even best the half-hearted campaign of that silly woman Teresa May.

I think the minimum service is currently only railworkers, I believe. The ban on emergency workers not being allowed to strike, is only at the stage where Sunak has refused to rule it out. I've just read a guardian piece where both Starmer and Reeves have apparently refused to repeal the laws, when in power. The information could be wrong, I'm sure it'll be corrected if it is.
