This is my biggest fear. Not the pay or conditions, it’s who do we go to if we need help ? If the union gets bypassed by management we’re stuffed. I’ve worked in places like that and it’s no fun.

Worth considering, if they are trying to “terrify” working people who are standing up for their rights.
