You could probably have gotten 50 free stamps a day for the last 4 years due to the understaffing cutting into the ability to cancel stamps.

Same, mine turned up today, they wouldn't have but I delivered 1 houses mail off the duty I live on, the rest of the walk will be going tomorrow.
