I seem to remember seeing a post saying we'd get £100 with the other £100 being reduced 3% for every day of strike action.

They will make those who's day off falls on a strike day don't miss out as they have worked their contracted hours and shouldn't be docked.

Generally it is abated by strikes and can be claimed back after new year at the end of January but they say the same thing of going sick absence and it does not normally happen.
