For the last 4 weeks or so, I've been alternating our 2 walks, 2 days mail each day on each walk, whilst my partner does the oversized and tracks for the 2 walks. Today, we were told just deliver pkts and leave the mail. We were almost the last to leave the office this morning, only 1 full walk of mail went out, the rest were either full walks left or partial walks left in. And they wonder why the QoS results are crap. The place is a real sh!tshow.

Still taking money for d2d contracts surely that’s theft or give the customer there money back once was told it’s wilful delay to not do d2ds now it’s an oversight

Loads of IPS showed up at about 1 (according to a manager on my return) but the mech is MIA

Are you sure that the IPS that turned up at 1 isn't just all the mech been sent through as manual (probably where the mech staff have been put on Tracked and packets instead of runing any mech)?

There was a lot, but definitely not "Monday mech" amounts. I'd say it was our IPS for the day, as that was suspiciously light as well

Have a weeks worth of mail on my delivery just impossible to catch up even if we wasn’t on strike we’d be struggling

Com informed me this morning that there will no longer be any wave two mech (til after Xmas) that way we won’t know they are holding letters back!!
