Tsunami of cardboard coming your way

PRDC had over 2,000 pallets of mostly large boxes on site, in every available orifice this morning.
When this backlog is eventually tackled (they’ve had a chronic shortage of empty Yorks) that volume will hit MC’s and DO’s over coming days (weeks?).
What’s the betting that managers in DOs with limited storage space will panic and instruct OPGs to take out the big stuff first, prioritising this stuff over and above letters, Christmas cards etc?
Simon Thompson might have to bring forward those recommended ‘last posting dates’ again…

Nope. A right mixture of companies, many of whom are usually supplied with Yorks, but couldn’t get any from us. The amount of shrink-wrap used by companies posting these cobbled-together stacks of stuff would make our extinction rebellion activists throw their toys out of their prams if they could see it.
Some stuff marked as ‘Wednesday’ was still in the same area of the building as it was 5 days ago
